SoundsKool Standard Warranty: 

If goods become defective within the first six months of your ownership, we will collect the goods and deliver them back to you free of charge. After six months of ownership we will make a charge to cover our costs of collecting and returning the goods back to you.
Loan equipment will be provided if the product isn’t repaired within 30 days
Similar replacement equipment will be provided if the product isn’t repaired within 90 days and the original equipment is no longer available.

The Piano Shop – used acoustic pianos have a standard warranty of 5 years or 10 years for used Grand Pianos and New Pianos.
SoundsKool Extended Warranty: SoundsKool extended warranty scheme provides an enhanced service, and is designed to offer a higher level of protection than our standard warranty or free warranties offered by other retailers and manufacturers.

Warranty is extended for up to 2 years from the date of delivery
Loan equipment will be provided if the product isn’t repaired within 15 days
Similar replacement equipment will be provided if the product isn’t repaired within 45 days and the original equipment is no longer available.

If goods become defective within the first two years of your ownership we will collect the goods and deliver them back to you free of charge.

Collection & Return Costs: Delivery & Assembly On Digital Drums and Digital Pianos:
Extended Warranty is inclusive when paying the Assembly Charge ($15) on those categories.
Note that delivery is inclusive only for Full Set Instruments (for example pianos with stands and pedals fixed). The extended warranty is not affected if delivery is not inclusive.

Region: Note that warranties do not extend outside the region of Cambodia.

Please Note: All of our warranty policies exclude items that have become defective due to misuse, accidental damage or any reason other than manufacture fault. If an item is found to be without fault on its return to SoundsKool and is outside of any applicable money back guarantee period, then we will return the item to you for a small charge.
